Sushi Star needs you !

Sushi star is a company that runs a chain of Asian-style restaurants in Japan and exists since 1998. Created by Hitaya Yagashini, this company tries to introduce Japanese food in Europe.

For one of its restaurants, located in London, which recently reopened after a renovation, we are looking for a commis chef who can work as a team, preferably with experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine.

We are also looking for a waiter or a waitress, young and dynamic (18-25) with a perfect command of English language. Fluency in an Asian language would be a plus.

  • Our first restaurant opened its doors in the city of Shizuoka, Japan. In a few years, this small restaurant grown through word of mouth, before becoming the first in our restaurant chain, known today as Sushi Star. In 2000, two new restaurants are located in Japan, one in Tokyo and another in Osaka.
  • Today, we have a dozen restaurants settled in Japan, about 400 employees between our restaurants and the headquarters of our company in Shizuoka. Having noticed the craze of increasingly strong European tourists for our Japanese cuisine, we decided to come to them by implementing our first restaurant in Europe, more precisely London in the prestigious Buckingham Palace Road.
